Can I apply if I am based outside Bloemfontein?

Yes, we accept applications from across South Africa. We offer both online and in-person learning options to accommodate students nationwide.

Is there an application fee?

No, applying to Sozim is free. There are no application fees for any of our programmes.

When does Sozim accept new student applications?

Sozim runs four intakes per year: January, April, July, and October. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Contact admin@sozim.co.za or call (+27) 83 668 0104 to confirm the next available intake date for your chosen programme.

What are the entry requirements for Sozim programmes?

Entry requirements vary by programme. For the Library Assistant (NQF 3) programme, a Grade 9 certificate or equivalent is typically required. For ETD programmes (NQF 5/6), a Grade 12 certificate or relevant work experience is required. RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) is available for applicants with relevant workplace experience.
